Can I appeal if my planning application has been refused?
Yes. Applicants can have a right to appeal a planning decision. However, an appeal isn't always the best route. How do I appeal a planning refusal?

How long do I have to appeal a planning decision?
Many loft conversions can be undertaken under Permitted Development rights, subject to specific limits and conditions.
