Structural Calculations

Once planning permission is in place, the next step is making sure the structure of your project is properly designed. We work closely with trusted structural engineers to develop practical solutions that support the design and ensure everything can be built safely and efficiently.

Structural calculations are often required for building regulations approval, especially for extensions, loft conversions, and structural alterations. We coordinate with our structural engineer to prepare the necessary calculations for elements such as foundations, beams, openings, and load-bearing walls.

We then produce the detailed drawings builders need to carry out the work on site.

These combine the architectural design with the structural engineer’s calculations so everything is clear, coordinated, and ready to build.
